This 3 bedroom / 2 bath precast concrete home was built within Belleview's Cobblestone gated community. Traditional block wall construction can take weeks, while Duratek® wall installation can be completed in one to two days, depending on site conditions. In addition to substantial savings in both time and labor, our precast technology is produced with a high degree of precision and quality control, resulting in a strong and energy efficient (with a rating of R-16) home exterior.
